According to the World Health Organization, over 20 million suicides are attempted each year. 20 million attempts resulting from the temporary loss of hope in one’s life. Additionally, the same organization states that death from opioids is on a dramatic rise and has claimed over 100,000 lives in 2020 alone.
We are a culture in crisis. We are losing a generation to despair. These problems are not isolated to somebody else, they are in our town and our homes.
It is time to illuminate the darkness and put an end to hopelessness.
Hope Rocks is a 501 c3 not-for-profit responding to this epidemic of despair. Hope Rocks creates programs and events which enlighten, educate, empower and engage individuals and communities ravaged by these issues.
In the summer of 2017, the first Hope Rocks Festival was held to overwhelming success. Since then, Hope Rocks has expanded its programming and reach nationally and has established itself as a leader in grassroots advocacy and response.
Join us on our mission to restore lives, families and communities gripped by desperation.
