Hope Rocks’ Mission

Objective:
Creating opportunities which stimulate, inspire and develop a responsibility to empower each other with hope through offerings and activities which demonstrate the goodness and interconnectedness of people. Creating experiences which provide those who struggle with issues of mental and social uncertainty a connection where previously little or no connection was perceived.

Vision:
Creating atmospheres accepting of all whereby individuals, families and organizations feel they are part of a unique and special experience. Creating experiences filled with activity, art, music and offerings which bring out the goodness of one another and reestablish a feeling of community.

Our Programs and Events

Hope Rocks Festival

August 24/25, 2024

The Hope Rocks Festival started in 2017 and was intended to be the only Hope Rocks event of the year. Each year it has grown in size, attendance and significance. Individuals and groups travel from all over the northeast and beyond to experience this free 2-Day Music, Arts and Healing Festival featuring speakers, artists, counselors, crafters live music and food. Presently, there is one festival in Saugerties, NY, but plans are in place for single day festivals around the nation.

Hope Rocks the Campus

Hope Rocks the Campus began in 2019 in an effort to bring the Hope Rocks methods of breaking down stigma and building up education of the mental health and addiction issues among the college-aged group. A single day event featuring music, art, activities, counseling and food help to create an environment conducive to healing and support.

Hope Rocks Recovery

Hope Rocks Recovery is a streaming programming service which features recovery stories, expert analysis and support services from individuals and groups around the country. As a result, we have also created our own YouTube channel to act as a clearinghouse for these programs.

Hope Rocks Hard

Music is central to the Hope Rocks mission to respond to the epidemic of death and despair caused by addiction and mental illness. Hope Rocks Hard is an event dedicated to the hardest of rockers.

Jordan’s Closet

Our latest initiative, designed to restore dignity to those who have lost it due to their struggle. Jordan’s Closet is a traveling clothing dispensary for individuals in need of business or professional attire for court appearances, job interviews and special occasions. This “traveling closet” is an attraction at all Hope Rocks events.

Hope Rocks Hardball

Hope Rocks Hardball is regional High School invitational baseball tournament featuring teams from New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley and Capital District. This event features food, speakers and attractions, as well as live music in a festive baseball atmosphere at the gorgeous Cantine Veteran’s Memorial Complex in Saugerties, NY.

Hope Rocks Rumble/Tour de Hope

Once part of the Hope Rocks Festival, the Tour de Hope and Hope Rocks Rumble are now featured in its own Hope Rocks’ Event. This motorcycle run and bicycle tour traverse through beautiful Ulster County revealing the hidden back road gems near the Hudson River. Great live music, food and artisans await the finish of the ride.

Hope Rocks Christmas

Closing out the year is the annual Hope Rocks Christmas event. Featuring world renowned artists amid the iconic Woodstock, NY locale, the season is made a little more jolly with this Christmas themed program. Spreading joy to the world is our mission during these days where so many struggle with despair.

Hope Heals Telethon

Hope Heals, an online telethon bringing in all the corners of our world for an evening of hope and healing. A fundraising event designed to bring our mission of enlightening, educating, empowering and engaging the counter assault on the epidemic of death at the hands of addiction and suicide.
